We have always invested heavily in training and have had successful apprenticeship programmes running in conjunction with Hereford & Worcester Group Training Association since 2010. We have covered a variety of apprenticeship schemes from IT, Engineering, Welding and CAD.
Our Managing Director Richard Williams started his career as an apprentice. He is a great ambassador for promoting career opportunities within engineering and for passing on engineering knowledge to the next generation, within the Hereford area and beyond. He is just one of our successful stories!
